1. How can I make reservations?

  • Reservations can be booked on our website 24 / 7
  • Reservations can also be booked by calling one of our Travel Specialists at 1-888-512-3864. We are open 7 Days a week.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once you make a reservation you will receive 2 emails. The first email has booking details. The second email has confirmation #
  • For Flights there will be an E-Ticket # on the Confirmation Email
  • For Hotels there will be a Hotel Confirmation # on the Confirmation Email
  • For Cars there will be a Car Confirmation # on the Confirmation Email
  • For Vacations there will be a Hotel Confirmation and an E-Ticket # on the Confirmation Email
You can look up your reservations on our website by clicking on "Check My Bookings" tab.

Please ensure to carry your confirmation details when traveling. In case you have not received a Confirmation Email within 24 Hrs. and/or are not able to look up your reservation on our website then please Contact our Customer Service Support right away at 1-888-512-3864

3. How can I make changes or cancellations?

To make any changes please call one of our Customer Service Agents at 1-888-512-3864.

4. What are your hours of operations?

Weekdays: 9AM – 9 PM EST
Weekends: 10 AM - 5 PM EST

5. How can I make Seat, Meal or any other special request?

You can call one of our Customer Service Agents at 1-888-512-3864 or call the Airline directly.

6. What all forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, wire transfer or personal checks. In case personal we need to wait for the check to clear in order to issue the tickets. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.

7. Do you accept third party credit card payments?

Yes, we do accept third party credit card payments. Such transactions may require additional verification and card holder’s authorization. Credit card authorization form can be obtained by clicking on "forms". Paper tickets will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card.

8. How can I get a refund?

Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable. In case the ticket is refundable, each airline may have a different set of fare rules. When canceling a reservation with our customer service agent, please verify the cancellation penalties and refund policies. If applicable, refunds generally take 3-4 weeks for processing. Refunds are always made to the original form of payment whether it was a credit card, cash or check transaction. Please note service fee are non-refundable.
